Evaluates the contribution of all nodes hosted in data centers.

Formula:

PDC=∑PC×CDCP_D C=∑P_C×C_D CPD​C=∑PC​×CD​C

Where:

∑PC∑P_C∑PC​ = Total PoC from all nodes in the data center.

CDCC_DCCD​C = Data Center coefficient.
